Drone Mapping & Land Survey
Orthomosaics, contours, DTM/DSM and volumetrics accurate to 2–5 cm, tied to Indian ground control and delivered in the CAD and GIS formats your team already works in.

Weeks of chain survey, done before lunch
A four-person survey party walking a 60-acre parcel with a total station is a two-week job in Indian summer, and it produces a few thousand discrete points. One drone flying the same parcel produces 40 million, in about forty minutes.
The difference is not just speed. A photogrammetric survey gives you a continuous surface instead of a scatter of shots, which means you can re-interrogate it months later for a question nobody thought to ask on the day.
How we hold accuracy
Accuracy claims are cheap. Ours are checked.
Every mission is flown with RTK or PPK correction against a base station. We lay a minimum of five ground control points per 25 acres, surveyed with dual-frequency DGPS and tied to the local benchmark your consultant is already using. Then we hold back a set of independent check points that never enter the processing – and we report the error against those, not against the control we fitted to.
Typical results on open terrain: 2–3 cm horizontal, 3–5 cm vertical. Dense tree canopy, standing water and fresh black-topping all degrade that, and we say so in the report rather than quietly averaging it away.
What you get
RTK/PPK corrected flight
Centimetre-level positioning on every exposure, corrected against a base station rather than relying on the aircraft's onboard GNSS alone.
DGPS ground control
Minimum five surveyed control points per 25 acres, tied to your project benchmark and the local cadastral datum.
Independent accuracy report
Check points held out of processing, with the measured RMSE published in the deliverable pack. You see the real number.
Formats your team already uses
GeoTIFF, DXF/DWG, LandXML, Shapefile, LAS/LAZ point cloud and PDF plan sheets. Delivered in WGS84/UTM or your project grid.
Volumetrics you can bill against
Stockpile and cut-fill volumes with a stated confidence interval, suitable for contractor certification and monthly RA bills.
Repeat flights for change detection
Monthly or fortnightly re-flights over the same control give you a dated, comparable record of how the site actually moved.
Deliverables
- Georeferenced orthomosaic (GeoTIFF, 2–3 cm GSD)
- Digital Terrain and Surface Models
- Contours at your chosen interval (DXF/DWG)
- Classified point cloud (LAS/LAZ)
- Volumetric computation sheet
- Signed accuracy report with RMSE against check points
From enquiry to handover
Scope & datum
We agree the boundary, the required accuracy class and which grid and benchmark the output must tie to.
Control
Our survey team lays and observes ground control with dual-frequency DGPS, plus independent check points.
Flight
Automated grid or corridor mission with 75/65% overlap, flown to a fixed GSD.
Processing & QC
Bundle adjustment, classification and QC against the held-out check points, then handover in your formats.
