3D Modelling & Digital Twins
Photogrammetric meshes, classified point clouds and BIM-ready as-built models you can measure, section and hand to your design team.

A model you can take a dimension off
A 3D visualisation is a picture of what something might look like. A photogrammetric model is a measurement of what is actually there – every surface positioned in real coordinates, to a stated tolerance.
That distinction matters when the question is 'does the new duct route clear the existing beam', and the drawing on file is from 1998 and was never updated.
Where an as-built model earns its cost
Heritage documentation is the clearest case. Structures like stepwells, gopurams and fort walls have geometry no drawing set ever captured, and a textured mesh is the only practical record before a conservation intervention.
Brownfield industrial is the most common case. Plants get modified for thirty years and the drawings stop matching reality by year three. Before a revamp, a scan-to-BIM model of the actual pipe rack saves more in avoided clashes than the survey costs.
And quarry and mining clients use the same model monthly for volumetrics, which turns a one-off documentation spend into a running measurement tool.
What you get
Textured photogrammetric mesh
Full-colour 3D geometry from aerial and ground imagery, delivered as OBJ, FBX or glTF for web and real-time use.
Classified point cloud
Ground, vegetation, structure and utility classes separated in LAS/LAZ, ready to drop straight into Civil 3D or Revit.
Scan-to-BIM as-builts
LOD 200–300 Revit models built against the point cloud, for revamp and retrofit design on brownfield sites.
Measurable in the browser
A hosted viewer link your team can open without CAD software, take dimensions in, and share with a contractor.
Heritage documentation
Sub-centimetre capture of carved and irregular geometry, with an archival-grade deliverable pack for conservation records.
Repeat capture for change
Re-scan on a cycle and we deliver the difference model, not just a second copy of the same thing.
Deliverables
- Textured mesh (OBJ / FBX / glTF)
- Classified point cloud (LAS / LAZ / E57)
- Orthographic elevations and sections (DWG)
- Revit or IFC as-built model where scoped
- Hosted browser viewer link, 12 months
- Accuracy statement with method notes
From enquiry to handover
Capture plan
We work out the flight and ground-photo pattern needed for the geometry – overhangs and undersides need oblique coverage, not just a nadir grid.
Field capture
Aerial oblique plus terrestrial imagery, with survey control so the model sits in real coordinates.
Reconstruction
Bundle adjustment, dense matching, meshing and texturing, then classification of the cloud.
Handover
Native files plus a hosted viewer, with a walkthrough call so your team knows what tolerance to trust.
