Industrial Inspection & Asset Monitoring
Close-visual and thermal inspection of transmission lines, chimneys, cooling towers, bridges and plant structures – without scaffolding, rope access or a shutdown.
Request a Flight
The inspection nobody has to climb for
The traditional way to inspect a 220 kV tower, a 90-metre stack or an underslung bridge girder is to send a person up on ropes. It is slow, it needs a permit, it often needs a shutdown, and it puts someone in a position where a mistake is fatal.
A drone with a 30x zoom payload photographs the same weld from twelve metres away at resolution a climber could not achieve by eye – and does it while the asset stays live.
What we actually find
Across three years of Indian inspection work the recurring findings are boringly consistent: corroded tower foot angles at the concrete interface, bird nesting in insulator strings before the monsoon, spalled cover concrete on coastal bridge soffits, hot joints on jumper connections, and vegetation encroachment on rights-of-way that nobody has walked since commissioning.
None of these are exotic. All of them are cheap to fix early and expensive to fix after failure. The value of a drone inspection programme is not the flight – it is the dated, photographic, repeatable record that turns 'someone should look at that' into a work order with a photograph attached.
What you get
No shutdown required
We inspect live transmission lines, running stacks and operating plant from a safe standoff. Your asset keeps earning while we work.
30x optical zoom payload
Weld-level detail from a safe standoff distance, with every frame geotagged so a finding can be re-flown and re-checked next cycle.
Radiometric thermal on the same pass
Hot joints, delamination and moisture ingress show up thermally long before they are visible. We fly both sensors in one sortie.
Defect register, not a photo dump
Findings come as a numbered register with location, severity, photograph and recommended action – in a format your maintenance system can ingest.
Confined and hard-access spaces
Caged indoor aircraft for boiler interiors, silos, penstocks and culverts where GPS does not reach and a human entry needs a permit.
Programme, not one-off
Quarterly or pre-monsoon cycles flown against the same waypoints, so this year's frame sits next to last year's for the same bolt.
Deliverables
- Numbered defect register (Excel and PDF)
- Geotagged high-resolution imagery of every finding
- Radiometric thermal imagery with spot temperatures
- Severity ranking and recommended action per defect
- Comparison against previous inspection cycle
- Executive summary for management review
From enquiry to handover
Asset review
We review drawings, previous inspection reports and the access constraints before quoting, so the scope is real.
Permit & safety
Work permit, airspace filing and an on-site toolbox talk with your safety officer before the first flight.
Inspection flight
Fixed waypoint pattern, visual and thermal on the same sortie, with your engineer watching the live feed.
Reporting
Numbered defect register within five working days, plus an on-site or online debrief with the maintenance team.
