A 2 BHK floor plan looks identical in every brochure in the city. What a buyer cannot get from a floor plan is the ten-minute question they actually care about: what is across the road, how far is the metro line, does the balcony face the lake or the back of the next tower.
Aerial media answers that in fifteen seconds, and it is the reason listings with drone footage consistently convert more site visits than listings without.
What we shoot for a property launch
A launch package is not one film. It is a set of assets that each do a different job.
The 90-second hero film opens the campaign and lives on the microsite. The 30-second vertical cut is what actually runs on Instagram and Meta ads. The elevation reveal – a slow orbit rising from the entrance plaza to the crown – is what the sales team plays on the experience-centre screen. The connectivity shot, a single high-altitude frame with the metro station, the ORR and the tech park marked on it, is what closes the location objection. And the monthly progress reel is what keeps booked buyers calm through eighteen months of construction.
We shoot all of it in one or two mobilisations, because sending a crew back for each asset separately is how a marketing budget disappears.
