What drone services do you offer?Aerial photography and cinematography, drone mapping and land survey, industrial inspection and asset monitoring, real estate and property marketing, 3D modelling and digital twins, and thermal imaging with solar audits.How do I book a drone service?Use the Request a Flight form or call our Bengaluru operations desk. We come back with a written scope, an airspace clearance timeline and a fixed price, usually within one working day.Do you handle commercial drone projects?Almost all of our work is commercial — real estate, construction and infrastructure, agriculture, energy and utilities, media, and public safety agencies.What is included in a drone service package?Digital Sky filing, a DGCA-certified pilot, flight planning, capture, processing, finished deliverables and the raw source data. Signed flight logs and pilot certificate copies are available on request.How long does a drone operation take?Flight time is usually 30–120 minutes. The longer item is clearance: green-zone sites can fly immediately, yellow-zone sites typically take four to seven working days to approve.Can you fly in urban or restricted areas?Yes, in green and yellow zones. Large parts of Bengaluru, Mumbai and Delhi NCR are yellow, and we file those clearances for you. Red zones need a central government exemption, and we will tell you honestly if your site is not flyable.What drone equipment do you use?Type-certified aircraft carrying cine payloads, mechanical-shutter RTK survey cameras, radiometric thermal sensors, 30x zoom inspection payloads and a caged aircraft for confined spaces.Do you provide edited photos and videos?Yes. Every film is cut and graded in our Bengaluru suite, and every project ships with its ungraded originals as well.Are weather conditions a concern?Yes. We do not fly in rain or above the aircraft's rated wind limit. Between June and September we quote wider delivery windows and book contingent dates in pairs. Weather reschedules carry no charge on bookings made seven or more days ahead.Is my project insured?Yes. All flight operations carry third-party liability insurance, and the certificate is available for your project file.

How do you ensure flight safety?A written site risk assessment, a no-fly overlay for any site with people on it, pre-flight checks, and a toolbox talk with your safety officer on industrial sites. Zero reportable incidents since 2021.Do you provide real-time monitoring?Yes. On most jobs your engineer or marketing lead can watch the live feed on a ground monitor and call changes on the spot.What if the flight cannot be completed?We reschedule and complete the remaining work at no additional charge where the interruption was weather, airspace or equipment related.Can I request specific shots or angles?Yes, and we prefer it. You approve a written shot list before we mobilise, so nobody is improvising at your cost on the day.Do you offer ongoing project support?Yes. Monthly construction progress, fortnightly crop surveys and annual pre-monsoon inspection cycles are among our most common engagements.Can drone data be shared securely?Yes. Deliverables go to access-controlled cloud storage hosted in India, or on an encrypted drive where you prefer.Do you provide emergency drone services?Yes. We hold a standing response protocol with pre-filed clearances in our operating states for authorised agencies, with mobilisation typically under 24 hours.Are your pilots certified?Yes. How is drone service pricing calculated?Pricing depends on area, accuracy class, deliverables and clearance complexity. Indicative rates start at ₹28,000 for a 25-acre survey and ₹32,000 for a property listing package, exclusive of GST.Do you provide official invoices?Yes. Every project is invoiced with GST, HSN/SAC codes and a line-item breakdown.Are permits and licenses included?Yes. Digital Sky filings and standard airspace clearances are included in the quoted price. Statutory fees charged by an authority are billed at cost.Can I request a custom quote?Yes. Most of our work is custom-scoped. Describe the site and the decision the data has to support, and we will build the scope around that.Do you offer packages for businesses?Yes, we offer flexible packages and retainer plans for business and enterprise clients.Are there additional fees?Any additional costs such as permits or extended editing are communicated transparently upfront.Can I pay in installments?Payment terms can be arranged for larger or long-term projects.Who owns the final footage?Upon full payment, clients receive full usage rights unless otherwise agreed.Do you sign NDAs?Yes, we are happy to sign NDAs for confidential projects.Is everything compliant with regulations?Yes, all operations comply with aviation laws and local drone regulations.
