The problem

Kaveri wanted a film that placed their Worli tower inside the city rather than isolating it – which meant flying in south and central Mumbai, sitting under the approach corridors for both Santacruz and Juhu, with red and yellow zones covering most of the useful frame.

Add coastal salt haze that kills contrast by 08:30, a five-day window fixed by the client's launch calendar, and a brief that specified a continuous rising reveal which cannot be cheated in post.

What we did

We spent eleven days on clearances before a single shoot day. Seven Digital Sky filings, two BMC location permissions, one Coast Guard notification for the Worli sea-face segment, and building-owner consent for three rooftop launch points.

Every shoot day started at 05:15 for a 06:05 first flight, giving roughly 100 minutes of usable haze-free light. Rohan flew the hero reveal on a cine-lift with a full-frame body and a second aircraft shadowing as a backup camera – on a five-day window with no reshoot slack, redundancy is cheaper than a lost dawn.

Sneha graded the film in HDR with a custom LUT built to hold the specific quality of Mumbai's early light, which goes warm and then flat very quickly.

The outcome

The rising reveal was captured in a single unbroken take on the fourth morning – the first three were lost to haze, a rotor-wash abort and one permission that arrived late.

The film opened Kaveri's campaign and ran as the anchor asset across their microsite, sales gallery and paid media. Site walk-ins rose 38% in the first fortnight of the campaign against the preceding month.
